Return and Refund Policy

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned:

  • Within 14 days of notifying cancellation.
  • Securely packaged to prevent damage.
  • Using original packaging when possible to avoid reduced refund value.
  • Along with a copy of the order confirmation or a clear reference to the order number.

Customers bear all risk for the item until it is received by us. Please note: sales items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

Product Condition Upon Return

You are liable only for any depreciation caused by handling beyond what’s necessary to determine the product's nature and function.

  • Items may be inspected as they would be in a physical store.
  • Actual usage will be considered depreciation, possibly resulting in partial or no refund.
  • Retain protective packaging until you are certain about keeping the product.

Right of Cancellation:

  • Applies only to consumer purchases.
  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
  • Notify us clearly and refer to your order confirmation.

Refund Terms

If you cancel your purchase:

  • You will be refunded the full purchase amount, minus any depreciation.
  • Refunds include delivery fees, unless a more expensive delivery option was selected.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Processing will occur within 14 days after cancellation notice is received—but may be withheld until the goods are returned or proof of return is submitted.

Items may also be returned in person with prior agreement and written notice of cancellation.

  • Funds are only withdrawn once goods are dispatched.
  • No amount exceeding the approved total will be charged.
